One of Lucy's frtendsc was-givlng little birthday party for the little boys and girls of the neighborhood, and of course the children were much excited about it, particularly as It was customary for each little boy to ask to take the little girl he was most proud of. Several days passed and no“on? asked dairy. -And -then one afternoon site came home from schqol in great glee. . "Mother.” she said, “I have asked Bobby to go to the party with me."
