FRANCESVILLE QUINTET SURPRISES RENSSELAER

The Rensselaer basketball quintet, playing their naggedest game so far this season, managed to down Francesville 42 to 24 Friday evening in the local high school gym. The orange and Hack, whose looks were deceiving, gave the local boys •the surprise >of their lives, and they had to exert every bit of basketball ability in order to produce the above final score. The Rensselaer boy» must 'have had an off night at hitting the basket, for if they had made 50 per cent of their Shots the score would have been near 100. The kangaroo boys and their kangaroo passing had the locals guessing all through the game, and to say the least it must have been luck the way the neighboring boys flipped the ball, and in the basket the pig-skin would find its hole of refuge.
