Representative Mission on Way to : 7s Washington Now. ~ Seattle, Wash., Jan. 20.—Within the aear future a Philippine Islands mission of 25 legislators, business add professional men will come to the United States to promote business and trade relations with the islands. - They probably will take up with the government the matter of securing independence for the islands, Manuel fywwrnn, nrealdent of the senate of the Islands and leader of the independence party, made announcement here.
