Ip a postal card written by Col. ‘ GeorgtH. Healey in France on Dec. 6, 1918, to Mri and Mrs. E. D. Rhoades, of this city, the Colonel tells of meeting Major Radcliffe, who is Mr. and Mrs. Rhoades’ son-in-law. The card reads as follows: “Met C. A. Radcliffe, Major M. T. C., today. He was just leaving on an official visit to Luxemburg and Mte-tz to assist in locating forward motor truck parks. I had just returned from a three days’ trip into the St. Mihiel and Verdun sectors.
