William Hohenzollem, the dormer German emperor, the Telegraaf says it understands, has refused to leave Holland after official representations had been made that his continued presence in Holland was likely to involve the country in serious difficulties. / • The former emperor, the paper adds, was told that his free departure would be a matter of gratification to the Dutch government.
