Use Left-over Boiled Rice.
Here Is a use for small quantities of left-over boiled rice, suggested by the United States department of agriculture : Rice With Cheese.—-Heat one cttpful of boiled rice in. two tablespoonfuls of milk. Add one cupful of grated cheese, one-half teaspoonful of salt and other flavoring If desired, and cook slowly until the cheese te melted. Then add one egg well beaten. Serve on. crackers or toast.
