The Thanksgiving casualty list contained the name of Private Clarence D. McGlynn, of Remington. He is reported'missing in action. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. D. V. John Benbow, the son of L. W. ienbow, was hurt last Friday while getting out of a buggy on south Monticello street. He stepped on the hub and his foot slipped in between the spokes, twisting his leg so that xhe buggy had to be backed in order to get it out. Hrs-leg was broken between the knee and hip and the calf of his leg lacerated. He is reported to be getting along nicely.—Winamac Republican.
