The final reports of the treasury department sfliow $6,866,416,300 subscribed in the Fourth Liberty Loan. This makes an oversubscription of more than $866,000,000. The number of subscribers was more than 21,000,000 persons. The department also announced that every Federal Reserve district went “over the top,” the Boston district standing first, having reached 126 per cent of its quota.
