Complaint Nor-8909. Nbw comes the Plaintiff, by George A. Williams, Its attorney, and flies its complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendant, Mert V. Brown, is a non-resident of the State of Indiana, and its affidavit in attachment and garnishment. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant, that unless he be and appear on the 24th day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court, to be holden on the second Monday of November, A. D. 1918, at the Court House in Rensselaer, In said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absebce.
