Japan is now printing textbooks for California schools and making bats for American baseball teams. A cargo of peanuts saved a ship from sinking recently when submarined off the Atlantic coast The peanuts swelled. An appeal to “lend a fishing rod for a soldier’s holiday” has been sent out by the Y.
