LOOSE PANEL EFFECT
The gown pictured Is of navy blue satin and exploits the long panel In both back and front Tiny buttons define the edges of the panel, which is weighted across the hem with heavy twisted silk fringe. The sleeves are long but slightly full from the wrist up and there is a suggestion of drapery at the hips. The normal waistline has a crushed girdle. The V-shaped neck is finished with a white collar.
