Model Village In Belgium.
At the initiative of M. F. Malfat, director of the architectural works of the city of Brussels, specialists are studying at present a project looking toward the creation, on the boundary of Great Brussels, of a large village for workmen which will be, as far as the authorities permit, annexed to Brussels dty. It will be a garden city, conceived after the most recent esthetic ideas of cities and especially destined for workingmen and small shopkeepers.
