I.—The President and Mrs., Wilson drove to church today behind a pair of handsome bays, observing the fuel administration’s ban upon the unnecessary use of automobiles on Sunday. Secret service men, who usually trail the President on motorcycles, Were along in a carriage. Most of Washington’s twenty thousand automobiles were kept in their garages.
