Relatives of Fallen Heroes Complain of Delays In Getting Effects. Paris. —Complaint has been lodged against the bureau In the Rue Lacretelle where relatives of men fallen in battle go to get the few sad relies the heroes left—their papers, their watches, their little keepsakes.
