CONNIE ROCHE IS PROMOTED

Made Sergeant at Camp Dodge, la, and Playing on One of Best Army Teams. Connie (Red) Roche, called from Topeka, Kan., to the army and leaving a fat batting average of .367 behind him, has been promoted to the rank of sergeant at Camp Dodge, la. He writes that he is playing on one of the best ball teams in the army. It includes Troy Agnew, Nabors, Love.
