GAVE CHEER FOR KAISER, WOUND UP IN HOSPITAL
St. Louis. —Charles G. Kirsch, foirty-flve, a six-foot German, walked Into a cigar store and announced he was for Germany and wound up hls remarks with a cheer for the kaiser. Max Cohen, who expects soon to be - drafted, climbed up on a cigar box and struck Kirsch fist. When a policeman awFred on the scene the fight was over. He took Kirsch to the hospital and then to the police station, where he was held for the federal authorities.
