But now and then an old citizen who has spent most of his life sticking his nose in other people’s business and has made a great failure of-his own career is pretty thoroughly despised because he spends his last days trying to stir up trouble. Such an individual seems now very busy in this city making misrepresentations in reference to the local conscription board, and Otherwise laboring beyond the ability of his years in behalf of Democratic propoganda. Such action is disdained by all good citizens regardless of political faith.
