REP. STATE CONVENTION MAY 28TH AND 29TH.

L. W. Henley, secretary of the Indiana State Republican Central Committee, and also acting chairman announces that the Bepublican State convention will be held in Indianapolis on Tuesday and Wednesday, May ,28 and 29. ■ ( It is possible that Will H. Hays, the retiring state chairman, will make the principal address. If congress is still in session it is not expected that Senators Watson or New will be present and possibly none of (the nine Bepublican congressmen will attend. The delegates to this convention will ibe elected at the primaries on May 7. Jasper county will be entitled to ten delegates.
