C. J. Stebbins, who has been located here for the past three years as sales manager for the Standard Oil Co., has been transferred to a lucrative position in the western division. Mr. Elzie Warren, of Lafayette, will succeed him here. This being the first Monday in the month, the county commissioners and county board of education are in regular session. The county council is called to meet in special session today, also. The April term of the Jasper circuit court will convene next Monday, April Bth.
