Miss Verone Nish returned to Wheatfield this morning, after visiting with relatives here. Mrs. B. H. Knapp, who has been in the hospital here, returned to her home in Wheatfield this morning, accompanied by Miss Ivah Stump.
Mrs. Ben Smith, of Streator, 111., and mother, Mrs. M. Y. Staughter, went to Elkhart today for an extended visit with relatives. Sylvanus Arnold returned from Atlanta early this week, where he had succeeding in purchasing about one hundred bushels of excellent seed corn. This seed corn was from the 1916 crop.
