Trustee Joseph Salrin, of Walke rtownship, was in Rensselaer today. Mrs. Cunningham, of Brookston, was in town today on business. Victor Selig arrived today from Oklahoma to attend the funeral of his sister, Mrs. Traub. James Warner came home today on account of the serious illness of his father. Frank Steffle returned to Hanging Grove today after a few days’ visit in Chicago. • ■ -V Ellis Marthena is quite sick with pneumonia. Johnnie Long returned to his home? at Frankfort. He has been working for Emmet Pullins for some time. Mrs. J. R. Phillips returned to McCoysburg today after being at the home of Mrs. Warnes. Mr. Wames still is in a bad condition. A letter received here today from Clifford Ham states that he is now at Camp Serier, Greenville, North Carloina. He expects to have several weeks more of training before being sent to the war zone. 1
