DISCHARGED FROM SERVICE.
John DeArmond, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. S. DeArmond, of Tefft, has been discharged from the United States army on account of physical disability. John has defective eyes and army physicians were unable to correct the defect. He has been at Camp Taylor, having been one of the select men in the first draft from this county.
