U. S. Marines Dig Potatoes.

Consul John B. Terres, in a report frOTn Port an Prince, Haiti, states that the cultivation of white potatoes was carried on extensively in the mountain regions of- the island by members of the United States marine corps, and ♦hat it is probable they will be able to export the product of their labor to the United States.
