Hammond, Auditor of said County, do hereby certify that the foregoing Is a true and complete list of all the lands and town lots delinquent by the Treasurer of said county, for non-payment of taxes due thereon, for the year 1916, for former years, with penalities thereon, together with the tax of the current year, 1917, and the costs of advertising, so far as the same are Hable to be sold for taxes as shown by the return of said Treasurer, and notice is hereby given that as much of said land and town lots as may be necessary to discharge and pay the taxes, penalties and costs, due thereon, or due from the owners thereof at the time of sale, will be sold at public auction at the Court House Door, In Rensselaer, Indiana, on the second Monday in February, being the 11th day of February, A.
