He declares he was injured severely when the defendant’s switch engine bumped into a car in which he was working and caused a bale of hay to fall on ..him. The railway insists that Griffler’s earning capacity is only S3O per month, she payhe receives from Uncle Sam, but GrUfler places it at $7,200 a year, the amount he was earning when lie enlisted.
