Chinese Carrying SI,OOO at New Ha ven, Conn., Tells Why He Goes Armed. New Haven, Conn.—“Slafety fllrst allee tllme.” This, according to vice sqzad officers, Is the motto of Woo Ylck, Chinese. Woo, who is the proprietor of a laundry, was arrested for carrying concealed weapons. Vice squad policemen said they found a revolver on bls person. “What are you carrying a revolver for?” Hauser asked Woo. “Tloo many tough gluys In Cleve* land.” he replied. “Have you got any money?” queried Hauser, “Sure,” replied Woo.
