New Haven, Conn. —“Slafety flirst allee tllme.** This, ‘ according to vice squmd officers, is the motto of Woo Tick, Chinese. » Woo, who Is ' the proprietor of a laundry, was arrested for carrying concealed weapons. Vice squad policemen said they found a revolver on hi* person. “What are you carrying a revolver for?” Hauser asked Woo. “Tloo many tough gluys in Cleveland,” he replied.
