SOLDIER BOY LAID TO REST

PRIVATE CASTER LAID TO REST IN CROCKETT CEMETERY THIS MORNING.

The remains of Earl Caster, the first Jasper county boy to die while in the service of his country in the present great world #ar, was laid to rest in the Crockett cemetery m Milroy township this Friday mornincr. Private Caster was a manly young fellow and his death has cast a gloom over the vicinity in which he lived. He was a boy who was devoted to his home life and to his parents, and it is the' latter who must suffer the most, yet their saddened hearts will become lighter with the thought that their boy, who has departed this life so early, was allowed to do s$ while in the defense of his country.
