TERMS OF SALE—Subject to a mortgage loan of $5,000.00 at 5 per cent, due January Ist, 1922, to be assumed by purchaser. One third of the balance of purchase price on day of sale; one third due June Ist, 1918 and the remaining third due June Ist, 1919, with interest at 6 per cent’on deferred payments from March Ist, 1918.
