Welsh farm. This farm is thoroughly tiled, all black loam soil, good stone road on two sides, has good 7-room, 2-story house, barn 24x36, corn crib 36 feet long, with driveway and outbuildings; good drilled well, good bearing orchard, and a very desirable place, splendidly located. Also at the same time and place will sell 25 acres unimproved land but in cultivation, lying about 40 rod* distant from above 70 acre* and belonging to same estate. This is also good black land.
