Oneida. N. Y.— A daughter has been born to Mr. and Mrs. Louis R. North of No. 118 Madison street. The baby had one tooth at the hour of its birth, this being the first instance, ft is believed, where a child has been born in this city with a portion of tts teeth equipment. Pr. N. O.
