Mrs. Mary E. Washburn Died At Goodland Wednesday.

Mrs. Mary E. Washburn, one of the good and well known women of Goodland for over half a century, died at 11 o’clock Wednesday night at her home of acute bronchitis. Her last illness ran about eight days. Mrs. Washburn was 79 years old and was the widow of the late Perry Washburn. She was the mother of nine children, seven of whom survive. The Washburn family had lived in Kentland and vicinity since 1863. Mrs. Washburn is the mother of Perry Washburn, of this city.
