Driver of Auto Says Boy Was to Blame.
J. E. Carr, driver of the automobile which struck Elvin Snyder Wednesday, injuring him so badly that le wao taken to the hospital, stated to the Lafayette police that the boy Snyder, who was on a bicycle, was on the wrong side of the street when the car struck him. Carr states that he was driving at a very low rate of speed and stopped the car within its own length after the impact.
