Mrs. Mary McCashen is visiting her son, Charles and family and other relatives. » , Jos. Reese, of Piqua, Ohio, who has been visiting relatives here, returned to his home Monday. The schools opened Sept. 2, Juanita Fjsher teacher Center, Helen Porter, of Remington, teaching the Queen City; Effie Wesner, of Wheatfiled, teaching Lone Star, and Earl Foulks teaching Banner. Rev. Hill, •of Rensselaer, will preach again "Sept. 16 at 7:80 p. m. All are urged to come and hear him. Fred Marchand was in Rensselaer Monday. W. B. Fisher and Geo, Roulks were in Monticello Tuesday. Miss Frances Irwin, of Rensselaer, visited Mrs. G. L. Parks and family from Thursday until Monday of this .week, ——— ——— Mr. and Mrs. Albert Dolfin visited her parents at DeMotte last week. Clyde Fisher came home to spend Sunday with his parents and other friends. This was his first visit here. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Banes u and Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Foulks attended the state fair last week and visited at Fort Harrison. Marie Fisher is teaching in Wolcott again this year. Lillian Fisher started to Wolcott high school Monday and Irene McAleer and Sylyia Beaver in Rensselaer high school. , Thos. McAleer and family ate Sunday dinner with Howard Stewart. Mrs. Earl Foulks spent Tuesday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse English.
