Visits Father In Kansas.

Arthur Nowels returned Thursday from a visit with his father and sister at Parsons, Kansas. His sister, Floy, is unmarried and lives with her father. Mr. C. D. Nowels, Arthur’s father, was the son of David Nowels, one of Jasper county’s pioneers, and a z man who had much to do with the early history of this county. Mrs. Arthur Nowels is the’daughter of Mrs. J. M. Wasson, of this city. While Mr. Nowels was west Mrs. Nowels and daughter visited with her mother and other relatives here. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Nowels live in Columbia City, Ind., where he has an interest in a large lumber company.
