Wm. Tomlinson is on the sick list. Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Gifford are the proud parents of a new baby girl. Mr. and Mrs. Gail Michal made a business trip to Brook Monday. Mrs. Sarah Jones and daughter, Mrs. Etta Reilly, of Jeffersonville, are visiting her son, Wm. Hartley. Mrs. Jennie Smith and daughter, Portia, of Danville, 111., are here visiting the Tomlinson families. Pettet Reunion. The annual Pettet reunion was held at the home of John F. Pettet, in Walker township, Sunday. Dinner was served under the trees on the lawn. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Brusnahan and family, of Parr; Mr. and Mrs. Victor Brusnahan, of Francesville; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Brusnahan and son, Stephen, of Crown Point; Mr. and Mrs. Gail Michal and family, of Tefft; Mr. and Mrs. Omer Waymire, of Rensselaer; Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Tomlinson, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Salrin and family, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Meyers and daughter, Marjorie, and Henry Meyers and family, of Walker township. The date agreed upon for ti next reunion is Sept. 1, 1918.
