Hoover to Play Iceman.

As a part of a national plan for conserving the crop of potatoes and onions, a string of cold storage plants will be established in the west by the United States government. The plan is part of the campaign inaimirated by Herbert Hoover, national rood administrator. The storage plants will be established under the direction of the department of the interior, in co-operation with farmers and local committees of several reclamation projects.
