Teachers Institute.
The regular teachers’ institute convened here this morning. Dr. S. F. Gingerich, instructor in English at Ann Arbor, Mich., gave an address this morning. Supt. C. Ross Dean made the address in the afternoon. At 2:30 this afternoon the annual reception is to be held. The 1 music is in charge of Miss Loravine Votam, of Chicago. All sessions are being held in the high school auditorium. Tuesday’s program will, be as follows: , 9:45 Devotional—Rev.
