Trouble For Those Who Criticise Nation.

St. Louis, Mo., Aug. 21—Orders were issued to the St. Louis police today to arrest all persons who publicly criticize the United States for entering the war or who publicly question the constitutional draft. Those arrested will be held for the federal department of justice. The order was issued by Chief of Police Young after he received a letter from the Amercian defense society asking that such arrests be made.
