The trustee of Newton township. Jasper county, proposes for the yearlyexpenditures and tax levies by the advisory board at its annual meeting, to be held at my office in Rensselaer, on the 4th day of September, 1917, commencing at 2 o’clock p. m., the following estimates and amounts for said year:’ Township expenditures $. . . . and twonship tax 20 cents on the hundred dollars.
