In co-operation with the National Council of Defense, the Indiana State Council of Defense will send you a speaker next week to make a whirlwind campaign via automobile over your county, speaking at such points as you may find time for, but by all means including: Wednesday evening, Aug. 8, 7:30, at court house steps, Rensselaer. Thursday, Aug. 9, 9:30, at the bank corner, Remington; 2:30 p. m„ at Wheatfield; 3:30 p. m. at DeMotte; 4:30 p. m., at Fair Oaks. He will be with you one day, Aug. 9th. He will bring your county a serious message straight from Washington and will explain the tremendous importance of the U. S. Boys’ Working Reserve. Kindly get in touch with your county staff and the county Council of Defense and secure as much co-oper-ation and publicity for these meetings as possible. If you have no car available yourself, secure from some patriotic citizen thtf use of his auto-, mobile for the transportation of the speaker.
