They will report at the office of this local board for physical examination, Nos. 1 to 40 on Monday, August 6th, 1917; Nos. 41 to 77 on Tuesday; August 7, 1917, and Nos. 78 to 112 on Wednesday, August Bth, 1917. , Any claim for exemption or discharge must be made on forms which may be procured, or the form of which may be copied at the office of the local board, and must be filed at the office of this local board on or before the seventh day after the date of posting of this notice.
