EASY CURE FOR SOREHEAD
Disease Is Highly Infectious and Spreads Rapidly—lndividual Treatment Required. Yellow spots on comb and wattles Is a skin disease, commonly called “sorehead.” "it Is highly Infectious and spreads rapidly. However, It is easily cured, but requires individual treatment. By immersing the head twice daily In tiie following solution an effeatlve cure may be brought about in a week’s time: Forty per cent alcohol, 15 per cent glycerin, 5 per cent boracic acid ancf 3 per cent water. Another satisfactory method of treating this disease is by the use of tincture of lodine. This Is applied by touching the spots with a little of the solution twice dally.
