Dr. Landon Will Probated.

On account of the illness of his brother, George Landon, of Kokomo, Ind., the will of the late Dr. Hannibal Landon was not probated until Thursday afternoon. The will was made out in December, 1911, and was signed by Charles T. Denham and William Townsend. Mr. Denham; who has since moved to Brook, was in Rensselaer Thursday and made affidavit as to the will*. George Landon, of okomo, was also here and on account of his failing health asked that he be excused from acting as administrator and that Mrs. Landon be appointed in his stead.
