Veterans Extend Their Thanks.

The members of Post No. 84, of tihe Grand Army of the Republie, desire to express to Mrs. Loren Sace, the members of the choir, the Yeoman Quartet and to all others who contributed in making the Memorial Day exercises an occasion of so much interest and such a splendid expression of love and sympathy for us and for the things we .prize so highly. While our numbers must decrease and our ranks become thinner, yet may the splendid spirit of patriotism forever be alive in the hearts of the. people of this great nation. David H. Yeoman, Commander. Henry Wood, Ajt. Tom Cox has taken out his finst naturalization papers in order that he Germany. Mr. Cox served in the British army for fourteen years before coming to this country. He has been advised that he would not have to go, but he will probably do so anyway.
