S. S. Convention Held In Jordan Township Sunday.
The Sunday school workers of Jordan township held their annual convention at the Zion church in north Carpenter township Sunday .afternoon. The attendance was ‘gratifying and the program, which was a round- table discussion of the departmental work of the Sunday school, •was interesting and practical. Although Jordan township has no Sunday schoql organization, it is so located that its people have Sunday school privileges close at hand in neighboring townships. The goodly number of prosperous looking people who filled the neat little church was ,certainly a compliment to the community which has been responsible for it. The county workers present were J. N. Leatherman, C. G. Spitler, Mr. and Mrs. J. I. Gwin, Mrs. Barb l '/ an# Miss Malchow. The following officers were elected for the cortiing year: President—George Putt. Vice —'Riley Tullis.
