How Applicants for Second Officers’ Training Camp Will Be Chosen.

The plan now under consideration for choosing members of the second officers’ training camp contemplates the use of a new application blank carrying several headings, such as “Military Experience,” Leadership,” ‘lMental Training,” etc., each of -which will count a certain number of points according to the qualifications of the candidate under each heading. Only those candidates whose applications total a certain minimum number of points will be given examination by an army examining 'board.
