Judge VanAtta will give a talk at the Alumni banquet tonight. Attorney Charles'M. Sands went to Fair Oaks this morning, where he represents Thomas Davis iin a suit against Mrs. Emma and Earl M ilHams. Davis seeks a judgment against these pairties for a surety note he had t® pay.
