Take a pint of bread crumbs, a pint of mashed potatoes, two hardcooked eggs, one onion, one teaspoonful of parsley, one-half a salt spoon of thyme, one teaspoonful of salt, two tablespoonfuls of malted butter, a few dashes of pepper and one well-beaten egg. Mix all the ingredients, cutting the cooked egg, chopping the onion, roll and dip in milk and flour, then fry ip deep fat., Serve with JjKUML gravy or tomato sauce. , Lentil Fritters.
