HIGH SCHOOL NOTES.

Friday morning was given over to the raising of the flag which was purchased with the money donated by the school. School opened with the singing of the “Star Spangled Banner,” after which Mr. George Williams igave a short address on the “Significance of the Flag.” The school then marched out and as the flag went up everyone saluted-and repeated a part of the last verse of “The Star Spangled Banner.” The pupils who wish to try out for the Delphi-Monticello-Rensselaer triangular meet are busy selecting orations and readings.
